We—meaning the Seattle Boat Show and Northwest Marine Trade Association (NMTA)—respect your privacy as an attendee and user of our site.  We encourage you to read this information carefully before using our services, and we invite you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

What personal information is collected?

Our websites, SeattleBoatShow.com and Seminars.SeattleBoatShow.com, do not collect credit card information. Ticket purchases are managed only through InteractiveTicketing.com only.

We use your email address to promote upcoming NMTA events. We do not sell attendee information.

What are cookies and how are they used?

Cookies are pieces of information that a website sends to your computer while you are using it. When you visit our website, we may assign your computer one or more cookies, to facilitate your access to our website. Additionally, we (and our sponsors) may use these cookies to serve online advertisements to you through re-targeting. You may choose to opt out of ad serving by visiting NetworkAdvertising.org.

This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by our website.  Our website contains links to other sites.  Since we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites, we encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. 

Conduct of Conduct

You must respect others’ safety and personal space, as well as any rules listed related to the event. Respect extends beyond our event – you must be respectful not just in-person in your communications, but online in social media interactions. If you engage with anyone in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner or do not adhere to our Code of Conduct, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the event.  Examples of disrespectful or inappropriate conduct include  stalking, intimidation, offensive verbal or written comments, physical assault and/or battery, harassing or non-consensual photography or recording, sustained disruption of panels, signings, and other events, bathroom policing, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome physical attention, or hate symbols or communications in relation, but not limited, to: Race, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, gender presentation, sexual orientation, age, body size, disability, appearance, religion, citizenship, or pregnancy

Violation and Remedies:

We expect all Seattle Boat Show participants to be kind and respectful to one another by following our Code of Conduct. Any breaches in this Code will result in action, included, but not limited to: written or verbal warnings, temporary banning, permanent ban, removal without refund for tickets, or other methods as determined by NMTA in its sole discretion.
