Jo Abeli
Jo Abeli of Abeli Marine Electric is a newly independent contractor in Port Townsend, WA. After graduating the Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding, she spent a few years working as a shipwright and general laborer before finding her niche as marine electrician. Her favorite projects are safety upgrades, untangling unruly distribution panels, and modernizing electrical systems on recreational and commercial fishing vessels. She is also a proud member of a new marine trades collective of independent contractors forming in the PT Boat Haven.
